In-Game Purchases and Virtual Currency

These virtual items have no real-world value and cannot be exchanged for cash or legal tender or items of value outside the Services. You acknowledge that virtual goods are licensed, not sold, to you, and that you receive only a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to use such virtual goods.
All purchases are final and non-refundable except as expressly provided in these Terms or as required by applicable law.
Termination
